Minu lõputöö eesmärk oli valmistada lehtmetallist autoportree, mis on inspireeritud vene konstruktivismist. Töö koosneb kahest osast – kirjalikust ja praktilisest. Kirjalik pool jaguneb kolmeks. Esimeses pooles räägin lähemalt konstruktivismist, selle algusest ja eestvedajatest. Teises osas võtan luubi alla konstruktivistide motiivid ja võrdlen neid enda omadega. Arutlen, kuidas teekond minuni jõudis ja mis mind selle žanri puhul inspireerib. Kolmas osa tutvustab idee ilmaletulekut, haarates endaga kaasa protsessi ja lõpetades
esialgse resultaadiga. Loomulikult kaasneb kõigega dokumentatsioon materjali, tööriistade ja töövõtete kirjeldusega, alustades kavandamisest, töö maketist ja lõpetades valminud teosega.
The aim of my final thesis was to make a sheet metal self-portrait inspired by Russian constructivism. The thesis consists of two parts – written and practical. The written part is divided into three parts. In the first part, I will talk
more about constructivism, its beginnings and leaders. In the second part, I examine the motives of the constructivists and compare them with my own. I discuss how the journey reached me and what inspires me in this genre.
The third part introduces the emergence of the idea, engaging in the process and ending with the initial result. Of course, everything is accompanied by documentation, which follows in the practical part, where I introduce the
material, tools and different techniques, starting with the design and ending with the final work.
