In my final project, I examined the process of executing a large-scale bronze sculpture as a case study within the project “Androgynos”. I focused on technical solutions, work organization, and the use of resources, analysing how these affect the result.

The research is based on practical experience, covering the entire process from making the model to casting, welding, and finishing the details. I paid particular attention to technical constraints, teamwork, and the formation of the project budget. The results of the work show that the execution of a large-scale sculpture requires thorough planning, flexible problem-solving, and close cooperation between the participants.
